- 1 Cereals and Seeds Half-Baguette
- 60g mustard sauce
- 80g sliced white ham
- 50g Comté
- 20g sucrine lettuce
- 10g large pink radishes
- 3 large gherkins
Preparation steps
- Cut the ham and Comté slices to the size of the Baguettine.
- Cut the dried tomatoes into cubes, the radishes into sticks and chop the sucrine lettuce.
- Cut the gherkins into lenghts to fit the width of the Half-Baguette.
- Cut the Cereals and Seeds Half-Baguette in 2/3.
- Fill the bottom of the sandwich, starting with the sauce, then the chopped sucrine leaves and the pink radishes.
- Layer the ham/Comté preparation with the gherkins, to make a wave pattern. Then close the top half of the Half-Baguette.
Chef's tip
Mustard sauce : mix together 10g of mascarpone, 10g of mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, 10g of old-style mustard, 5g of crushed capers and chopped parsley.
